What we provide
Second Pair of Eyes provides professional reviews of work you submit. A review is a professional assessment intended to help you make better decisions about your work. It is not a certification, an audit, or a guarantee of any outcome.
What a review is not
A review does not certify that your work is ready for launch, that it is free of defects, or that it meets any specific regulatory or compliance standard. A review reflects the professional judgment of the reviewer at the time of review, based on the materials you shared. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Turnaround
Estimated turnaround times are typical, not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on reviewer availability and the complexity of your submission. If a deadline cannot be met, we will let you know and offer the option to wait or receive a refund.
Confidentiality
Your submission materials are treated as confidential. Reviewers are expected to keep your materials private and to disclose any conflict of interest. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any materials you submit for review.
Payment and refunds
Payment is collected at the time of submission via Stripe. If a review cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund. If you are not satisfied with a completed review, contact us and we will work to make it right.
Limitations
Second Pair of Eyes is not liable for decisions you make based on a review, for outcomes resulting from those decisions, or for issues not covered by the scope of the review you requested. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the review.
