How we review

Methodology & credentials

How every review is produced, and the professionals who sign off on it.

Our review methodology

Every review follows the same process, regardless of which kind you choose.

Step 1

You submit

Create your review, then add files, links, and context privately in your workspace.

Step 2

Expert review

A reviewer with matching expertise evaluates your project against a structured framework for your review type.

Step 3

Quality check

Every finding is checked for accuracy and clarity before it's approved for your report.

Step 4

Report delivered

You receive a structured report with prioritized findings, recommendations, and a clear action plan.

Safeguards

What every review is held to

Four safeguards ensure what you receive is credible.

Deep and current expertise

Professionals are evaluated for professional depth, current practice, specialist knowledge, relevant experience, and the ability to evaluate others’ work. We match the work to the combination of expertise it requires.

Expertise boundaries

Professionals are expected to recognize where additional expertise is needed rather than make unsupported judgments. A reviewer can flag a finding for a specialist without penalty. Knowing the limits of your expertise is a professional strength.

Responsible use of automation

Automation can prepare baseline analysis and technical observations. Professionals evaluate relevance, reject false positives, add findings, and own the final assessment. Every report section carries a provenance tag so you know what was machine-generated and what a professional signed off.

Quality check

Important assessments receive an additional professional quality check where the review includes it. A second professional reviews the assessment before it reaches you. That is the second pair of eyes.

The match

Matched to relevant expertise

You don't need to know which specialist to hire before you arrive. Tell us about the work and the question in front of you. We'll identify the professional expertise that fits.

What we consider

The review type, the work itself, your industry and stage, and the specific question you need answered. The match goes to a reviewer whose professional experience fits what your project actually requires.

What you don't have to do

Browse profiles, compare individuals, or guess which discipline you need. That work happens on our side. You bring the work and the question; we bring the relevant expertise.

Continuity after a review

After a successful review, you can learn more about who reviewed your work and, where the reviewer is open to it, continue with them directly on follow-on work.
