Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you create an account, we store your name and email address. When you submit work for review, we store the materials you share (files, URLs, text), your project description, and your delivery contact details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
How we use it
Your account information identifies you and lets you access your reviews. Your submission materials are shared with the assigned reviewer and authorized platform administrators so the review can be completed. We do not sell your data.
AI processing disclosure
Client materials may be processed within the platform to prepare and support the review. Reviewer analysis is not used to train AI. AI may assist with preparation and organization within the platform, but it does not replace the reviewer’s professional judgment. Reviewers remain responsible for the work they submit. The reviewer is professionally responsible for the final findings and recommendations they submit. Reviewers must not place protected client materials into external AI services or other tools that have not been approved for the assignment.
Reviewer access
The reviewer assigned to your submission can access your project materials and any credentials you choose to share. Access is limited to that reviewer and authorized administrators. Credentials you share can be revoked at any time and are removed after your project closes.
Data retention
Your submissions and reports remain available to you for the life of your account. Project credentials you share are removed after your project closes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
