How assignments work

Each assignment is an offer. You may decline it without penalty.

    Complete onboarding

    Your professional profile, expertise boundaries, availability, payout setup, and current Standards acceptance must be complete before you can accept work.

    Review an offer

    The workspace shows the scope, deadline, required outputs, and exact base compensation.

    Confirm independence

    You confirm your conflict-of-interest status for every assignment before accepting.

  4. 4

    Review and submit

    You provide evidence-based findings for quality review, then track approval and payment status in the workspace.

Client files are provided through each protected review workspace and remain limited to the people working on that review.

Compensation and independence

Fixed compensation, visible before you decide.

The professional performing the review receives most of the review fee. Second Pair of Eyes is responsible for the stated base compensation shown with the offer.

Reviewers do not bid against one another or lower rates to secure assignments. You may accept or decline each offer independently, with no guaranteed volume or minimum availability.

Reviewers may participate internationally where payment support and applicable requirements allow. Currency-conversion, banking, and intermediary fees are the reviewer’s responsibility.

Payment method availability, payout timing, tax obligations, and provider requirements depend on the reviewer’s circumstances and the current supported controls. Exact details are provided in the protected workspace.

Standards, data use, and confidentiality

Clear responsibilities, with the full documents kept in the protected workspace.

Versioned Standards

Reviewer Standards cover evidence, scope, expertise boundaries, confidentiality, responsible AI assistance, quality review, and completion. Acceptance of the current version is recorded.

Reviewer analysis and AI

Second Pair of Eyes does not use reviewer analysis to train AI. Reviewers must not place protected client material into unapproved external AI services.

Confidentiality and support

Client information is used only for the accepted review. Security or privacy concerns can be reported in the workspace or to info@craftedtools.app.

Agreement and participation terms

Before paid assignments begin, you will be able to review and accept the applicable participation, confidentiality, and payment terms.
